Triple Glazed Windows & Doors ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.
We have built this site to be privacy-friendly by default. We do not use advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or social media pixels.
Analytics and product feedback
We use optional analytics and feedback tools only when you give consent through our privacy preferences. These tools help us understand how visitors use the site, diagnose usability issues, and optionally ask for feedback. We do not load optional analytics until you allow at least one optional feature.
Optional analytics features
- Product analytics: page views, page leaves, dead clicks, and interaction events
- Feedback surveys: short on-site surveys if we ask visitors for feedback
You can accept all, reject all, or choose individual analytics features. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Privacy preferences" link in the footer. When consent is withdrawn, we disable optional analytics for that browser and do not load them on future visits unless you opt in again.
Contact form
If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, project location, phone number, email address, and message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about your project.
The form is processed by Netlify (our hosting and forms provider) and is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies and process limited data to determine whether you are a human visitor; please refer to Google's privacy policy for details.
We retain enquiry submissions for as long as is necessary to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our communication.
Cookies
We use browser storage to remember your privacy preferences. If you consent to optional analytics features, our analytics provider may use cookies or local storage to provide those features and avoid counting you as a new visitor on every page load. If you reject optional features, optional analytics are not loaded.
The contact page also uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may set its own cookies and process limited data to determine whether you are a human visitor.
Your rights under the GDPR
If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission of Ireland or your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, please get in touch via our contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
